Minutes of Board Meeting

Carson Bridge Club
Present: Gary Nitzberg, Paul Jorgensen, Paul Pugsley, Cheryl Kinder, Nick Pchelkin, John Sill and Carole Sill
President Gary Nitzberg called the meeting to order at 11:32 a.m.
Minutes: The minutes from the June Unit Board meeting were approved.
Financial Report: The June financial report was approved as presented.
Old Business:
John is still working on filing the 990 form on-line.
The August STAC games will be held the last week of August.
Discussion was held concerning asking the Reno clubs to close during the October Sectional. Gary will pursue.
New Business:
MSC that the Unit donate $200 in memory of Roberta Anderson.
Discussion was held concerning nominations for the election of Board members to fill three vacancies for the 2010-2011 term.
MSC that the meeting be adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
The August Board meeting will be held on August 9, 2009 after the Unit game held at the CCBC.
